Laura Pembridge focuses on international and domestic private equity, venture capital, and M&A transactions, acting for institutional investors, founders, management teams, and corporate clients. She advises on a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructurings, and joint ventures.
Representative transactions include advising The Blackstone Group on its €175m minority equity investment in Superbet, the largest omni-channel sports betting and gaming operator in Romania, and advising AGIC Capital on its £115m acquisition of Farsound, a leading provider of technology-enabled supply chain solutions.
Laura has also advised management teams on all aspects of private equity and M&A transactions and, in particular, their equity incentivization arrangements. She recently advised the management teams of Euroports, PureGym, Ascot Underwriting, Argus Media, and Frank Recruitment.
Laura has significant experience in real estate private equity transactions, including advising on a DV4 (advised by Delancey) and APG Asset Management joint venture in connection with the £425m acquisition of Earls Court from Capital & Counties Properties plc and advising Meyer Bergman on its £400m investment along with CC Land in the redevelopment of the Whiteleys shopping center in Queensway, W2.
Laura previously worked in the corporate department of a top London law firm where she acted for such clients as Bridgepoint, Equistone Partners Europe, Graphite Capital, Phoenix Equity Partners, Darwin Private Equity, and Patron Capital.
