Laura Pembridge focuses on international and domestic private equity, venture capital, M&A, and private equity real estate transactions, acting for institutional investors, founders, management teams, and corporate clients. She advises on a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructurings, and joint ventures.

Representative transactions include advising Macquarie on the acquisition of Beauparc Utilities, Ireland's largest waste management company; True Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in D2C energy drink business Sneak; Koch Equity Development on its £175m preferred equity investment in AIM-listed Victoria plc; The Blackstone Group on its €175m minority equity investment in Superbet; and AGIC Capital on its £115m acquisition of Farsound.

Laura has significant experience in real estate private equity transactions, including advising Greystar on its strategic partnership of up to £2.2bn with ADIA to develop build-to-rent in London and simultaneous acquisition of Fizzy Living; Get Living plc on its corporate and joint venture arrangements; and Delancey and APG Asset Management on a joint venture in connection with the £425m acquisition of Earls Court.
