Megan manages domestic and international trademark portfolios and counsels clients on the use and enforcement of trademarks. She represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Megan was an associate at a prominent law firm where she managed intellectual property litigation in federal courts throughout the United States involving trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, right of publicity, and unfair competition.
Megan served as secretary of the NYC Bar Association's Council on IP from 2016 to 2019.
