Marco Frattini's practice focuses on structured finance, acquisition of nonperforming loans (NPLs) and other distressed assets, and real estate financing.
He regularly advises arrangers, investors (including investment funds), and originators in connection with securitization transactions as well as lenders and borrowers in drafting and negotiating structured facility agreements and related security packages, while also providing assistance in relation to the relevant regulatory aspects of such transactions.
