Adam Cromie advises companies and boards on a wide range of transactional and corporate governance-related matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint venture, and minority investment transactions. He has advised clients in a broad range of business sectors, including the manufacturing, mining, technology, consumer retail, and sports and entertainment industries.
In addition to his corporate practice, Adam has represented several sports franchises in arbitration proceedings.
Adam also maintains an active pro bono practice advising nonprofit boards with respect to corporate and internal governance matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Adam worked for the Washington Nationals Baseball Club in Major League Baseball for more than 10 years, most recently as the team's vice president and assistant general manager.
Adam is on the advisory board of the Salvation Army of Western Pennsylvania, where he is a member of the finance committee.
