Adam Cromie focuses his practice on a wide range of transactional and corporate governance-related matters, including domestic and cross-border transactions for public and private companies. He has advised clients in a broad range of business sectors, including the manufacturing, private equity, consumer goods, retail, and sports industries. In addition to his corporate practice, Adam has represented several sports franchises in arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Adam worked for the Washington Nationals Baseball Club in Major League Baseball for more than 10 years, most recently as the team's vice president and assistant general manager.
Adam is on the advisory board of the Salvation Army of Western Pennsylvania, where he is a member of the finance committee.
