Please join us for this insightful program, during which our panel of experienced tax litigators and corporate counsel will discuss ethical and other concerns involved in ensuring that privileged attorney-client communications and attorney work product are protected in tax matters.

The panel will also discuss the extent to which privileges may be preserved in real-world situations, ranging from requests by a corporation's audit firm to legally mandated disclosures.

Finally, the panel will discuss the application of privileges when communications between attorney and client have both legal and business implications.

We hope you will be able to participate.

This presentation is sponsored in conjunction with the ACC Western Pennsylvania Chapter.
