KeyBank provides $775 million credit facility to GTT Communications

Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as lender and administrative agent, in connection with the $775 million credit facility provided to GTT Communications, Inc., a multinational telecommunications and internet service provider. The facility consisted of a $700 million term loan and a $75 million revolving loan to finance the acquisition of Hibernia NGS Limited, a leading provider of global, high-speed network connectivity solutions, and to repay certain existing indebtedness of GTT and Hibernia.
