ScottishPower Renewables acquires Shell's shareholding in MarramWind Limited, and sells its stake in CampionWind Limited to Shell

Jones Day represented ScottishPower Renewables in its acquisition of Shell's shareholding in MarramWind Limited, and the sale of its shareholding in CampionWind Limited to Shell. ScottishPower Renewables now owns the entire issued share capital of MarramWind Limited, which holds the 3GW MarramWind floating offshore wind farm, and Shell owns the entire issued share capital of CampionWind Limited, which holds the 2GW CampionWind floating offshore wind farm. After the transaction, Shell returned the CampionWind lease to Crown Estate Scotland.
