Jones Day advised High Road Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition and financing by portfolio company John Henry Foster Minnesota, Inc. of PTS Products, Inc., known nationally for manufacturing and building custom enclosures and electrical control panels while providing assembly (electrical, wire harness and cables) for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMS).
