Midas acquires Microlife Corporation

Jones Day advised Midas Fund LP, a joint venture partner in Midas Company Limited, in the acquisition by Midas Company of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Microlife Corporation by way of a 100 percent share swap, for the aggregate consideration of NT$9.3 billion (US$300.9 million).
