Jones Day represented National Fuel Gas Company, an integrated energy company, in connection with its registered public offering of $300 million of 3.95% Notes due 2027. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated; U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.
