Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its investment in and related financing of Shaker, a provider of SaaS-based online pre-employment assessments used by employers ranging from Fortune 500 to middle market companies for a range of entry-level to mid-management positions. The financing consisted of a term loan and revolving facility.
