Jones Day represented Adams Street Partners in connection with its investment in Smule, Inc., a social network for musical performance powered by a family of award winning mobile applications. Bessemer Ventures, Floodgate, Franklin Templeton, Shasta Ventures, and Tencent acted as co-investors in the $54 million investment round.
