Jones Day advised Automated Systems Holdings Limited, an information technology and software company, in connection with its acquisition of Grid Dynamics International, Inc., a provider of open, scalable, next-generation e-commerce technology solutions, by way of merger at a consideration of up to US$118 million and its financing by way of a HK$193 million rights issue and placing of convertible bonds with an aggregate value of HK$350 million.
