Riverside portfolio company acquires Ariens Specialty Brands

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company Arrowhead Electrical Products, Inc., a leading supplier and global distributor of rotating electrical parts and their respective components, of Ariens Specialty Brands LLC, a leading distributor of aftermarket outdoor power equipment parts. The financing consisted of a second amendment to its existing credit agreement, among AEP Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as borrower, Arrowhead Holdco Company, a Delaware corporation, Ares Capital Corporation, as administrative agent, and the lenders thereto.
