Jones Day advised Adams Street Partners in connection with its follow-up investment in Couchbase, the performance and scalability leader among NoSQL vendors. Adams Street Partners, an existing investor in Couchbase, participated in the aggregate principal amount of approximately $30 million Series F financing round led by Sorenson.
