Jones Day advised Stallergenes, a French Euronext-listed company, in a merger with its U.S. partner Greer Laboratories, to create Ares Allergy Holdings plc, a global leader in allergy immunotherapy listed on Euronext Paris with a market capitalization of approximately €958 million (US$1.07 billion).
