Jones Day advised Aurora Capital Group in connection with its acquisition of the Alltub Group, the global leader in collapsible aluminum tubing with annual production capacity in excess of 1.5 billion tubes. Serving a multinational customer base in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food end markets, the Company operates from five facilities in the Czech Republic, Italy, France, and Mexico.
