Jones Day advised Deutsche Telekom AG in connection with the purchase by Deutsche Telekom Venture Funds GmbH of stock in a private placement by Netbiscuits GmbH, a leading cloud software service for cross-platform development, operation, and management of mobile sites and apps. Deutsche Telekom Venture Funds GmbH is managed by T-Venture Holding GmbH and both are subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom AG, an integrated telecommunications provider offering its customers around the world a portfolio of services in the areas of telecommunications and information technology and the largest telecommunications company in Europe.
