Jones Day advised Deutsche Telekom AG in connection with the purchase by T-Home Venture Fund of stock in a private placement by Lantiq Topco L.P., a developer and marketer of a broad portfolio of analogue, digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits for high-speed data and communication system solutions. T-Home Venture Fund is managed by T-Venture Holding GmbH and both are subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom AG, an integrated telecommunications provider offering its customers around the world a portfolio of services in the areas of telecommunications and information technology and the largest telecommunications company in Europe.
