Nokia signs long term service agreement with U.S. data security provider

Jones Day represented Nokia Corporation in a long term service agreement with a leading United States data security provider. The transaction put in place a global managed security services solution, covering security event management, vulnerability scanning, threat analysis and other data security services. The agreement makes Nokia one of the provider's largest and most important customers. Nokia is the world leader in mobile communications and is headquartered in Espoo, Finland.
