Jones Day represented the Seminole Tribe of Florida (the “Tribe”) in connection with its investment grade offering pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S of $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Gaming Administration Notes, consisting of $750 million of 6.346% Senior Secured Gaming Administration Notes due 2033 and $1 billion of 6.583% Senior Secured Gaming Administration Notes due 2036.
