Crestline Direct Finance provides DIP financing and stalking horse credit bid in Wiser Solutions chapter 11 cases

Jones Day represented Crestline Direct Finance as administrative agent to prepetition secured lenders, postpetition DIP lenders, and as stalking horse bidder in the chapter 11 cases of Wiser Solutions, Inc., which operates a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") retail intelligence platform. Crestline served as agent in connection with $34.2 million in DIP financing, which included $11.4 million of new money and a $22.8 million rollup of prepetition secured debt, and an affiliate of Crestline served as the stalking horse bidder for a $90 million credit bid for substantially all of the debtors' assets, plus assumption of certain liabilities. The DIP financing was approved on a final basis on June 5, 2026. The sale was consummated pursuant to Section 363 of title 11 of the United States Code and closed on July 6, 2026.
