Client(s) Gülermak Renewables Ltd.

Jones Day advised Gülermak Renewables Deutschland Holding GmbH in the acquisition of an agrivoltaics (Agri-PV) project from Orrön Energy Greenfield AB.

The project has an estimated installed capacity of 90.96 MW, subject to obtaining the required permits, and is being developed with a co-located battery option.
