SML successfully resolves EDTX patent case involving RFID technology

Client(s) SML Group Limited

Jones Day defended SML (USA) Inc. and Catalyst Core USA LLC against ADASA Inc.'s ("ADASA") patent infringement claims filed in the Eastern District of Texas alleging that certain RFID tags infringe ADASA's patent. The parties resolved their dispute and the case was dismissed with prejudice.
