Jones Day acted as Hong Kong and U.S. counsel for OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, Inc. (“OmniVision”) in connection with its approximately US$616 million initial public offering on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited  (excluding the exercise of the green shoe). This represents the first A-share company to list on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2026 with the highest market capitalization at listing among A share-listed semiconductor companies pursuing a listing in Hong Kong.
