Jones Day advised Arverne, the leading French supplier of geothermal solutions, in the acquisition of Hydro Energy Invest AS' shares in Lithium de France in exchange for new Arverne Group shares, giving Hydro an ownership of 6 percent of Arverne Group's current voting share capital.
