Anne Kerneur's practice focuses on venture capital, capital markets, and M&A. For more than a decade she has represented technology, life sciences, and other growth enterprises, as well as the venture firms and industrial investors that finance them, at every stage of development from entrepreneurial start-ups to listed companies.
Anne's experience includes advising high-growth companies in connection with their financing rounds such as Ankorstore, Shippeo, Akeneo, and TreeFrog Therapeutics and venture capital investors such as Alven, Creadev, ETF, Hi Inov, Idinvest / Eurazeo, Quadrant Management, Ring Capital, Sofinnova Partners, and Seventure.
Illustrative transactions in which Anne acted as co-lead lawyer includes: the EUR 250 million financing round of Ankorstore lead by Bond and Tiger, the EUR 35 million financing round of Selency lead by Creadev, the EUR 15 million financing round of GFBiochemicals lead by Sofinnova and Sparta, the USD 45 million financing round of Wandercraft by Quadrant Management, and the acquisition of Potager City by Carrefour. Anne also advised Integragen in connection with the successful public tender offer of shares by OncoDNA and Deutsche Bank and Société Générale in connection with the €165 million initial public offering by DEE Tech, the first ever French SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) in the tech sector. She also worked on the IPO of Criteo on Nasdaq and the recent IPO of EUROAPI on the main French market.
