Anne Kerneur's practice focuses on venture capital, private equity, M&A, and capital markets. For more than a decade she has represented technology, life sciences, and other growth enterprises, as well as the venture firms, private equity firms, and industrial investors that finance them, at every stage of development from entrepreneurial start-ups to listed companies.
Anne's experience includes: the financing rounds of Recommerce, Geolid, Bonitasoft, and Supersonic Imagine; the LBO of Companeo by Carlyle; the MBO of 10 percent of the share capital of Le Noble Age (listed on the main market in Paris) by Nobilise; the IPOs of Inside Secure and EOS Imaging; the rights issue by Stentys; the public offering of ORNANE (redeemable in shares bonds) by Le Noble Age; the sale of Maporama to Tibco International; the sale of Dibcom to Parrot; and the IPO of Criteo on Nasdaq.
