Jones Day represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc., as dealer manager, in connection with offers by Pioneer Natural Resources Company ("Pioneer"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation, to purchase for cash any and all of Pioneer's outstanding $1.1 billion 1.900% Senior Notes due 2030 and $1 billion 2.150% Senior Notes due 2031.
