Alicia Ghislain advises European and international clients on capital markets transactions and corporate finance matters, with a particular focus on sustainable finance and the regulation of green and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) bonds. She has significant experience assisting companies and financial institutions with cross-border offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as on corporate governance, disclosure obligations, and emerging ESG reporting frameworks, including the interaction between the European Green Bond Regulation, the CSRD/CS3D (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive), and U.S. securities law.
Before rejoining Jones Day in 2025, Alicia practiced in the Firm's Brussels Office and received a master's degree at New York University. Alicia is a member of the Brussels and Paris Bars.
