Andy Levine is co-chair of Jones Day's Corporate Practice, with responsibility for the Firm's Global M&A and Private Equity areas of focus. He has led global transactions, activism defenses, and governance matters for strategic participants and sponsors, including ABM Industries, BioMarin, Bombardier, Brookfield, Cardinal Health, Centre Lane Partners, City of Hope, EagleTree Capital, J.F.
