Cable Onda completes $600 million notes offering

Client(s) Millicom International Cellular S.A.

Jones Day represented Cable Onda, a Panamanian subsidiary of Millicom International Cellular, in connection with a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2030. The notes are listed on the Panamanian Stock Exchange and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan acted as representatives of the initial purchasers.

Cable Onda is a Panamanian subsidiary of Millicom International Cellular S.A., and a leading provider of pay TV and fixed telecommunication services in Panama. Cable Onda recently acquired Telefónica Móviles Panamá, S.A. (“Telefonica”), the leading provider of mobile services in Panama.
