Verint Systems refinances existing credit agreement

Client(s) Verint Systems Inc.

Jones Day advised Verint Systems Inc., a provider of Actionable Intelligence® solutions and value-added services, in connection with the refinancing of its existing credit agreement with a new $725 million credit agreement. The new credit agreement consisted of a $425 million term loan facility and a $300 million revolving credit facility.
