Cortec acquires Display Specialties

Client(s) Cortec Group, Inc.

Jones Day advised Cortec Group, Inc. in connection with its acquisition and related financing of all of the outstanding stock of Display Specialties, Inc., a provider of merchandising and equipment solutions to retail chains and food companies. The financing consisted of an asset-based revolving credit and term loan facility and a senior subordinated note facility.
