Jason's recent experience includes advising on UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) investigations of Wabtec's acquisition of Dellner, Greystar's joint acquisition of Student Roost, EssilorLuxottica's acquisition of Lenstec, and Ubisoft's acquisition of cloud streaming rights for Activision Blizzard titles (as part of the Microsoft/Activision review). Jason has also advised on a number of EU merger control reviews and dozens of confidential reviews under the NSIA regime, including negotiation of statutory orders.
