Jones Day advised TPG NewQuest, as cornerstone investor, on its investment into Pemba Capital VCH Fund. The Fund was established as a continuation vehicle to acquire the Vets Central investment from Pemba Capital Fund II, LP and other shareholders, and may also be used to support Vets Central’s growth strategy.
