Jones Day advised Banco BPM S.p.a., as lender and agent bank, in the context of a transaction concerning the purchase by a securitization vehicle (the "SPV") to be established pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 1, letter b-bis and 7.2 of Law No. 130 of April 30, 1999 of a property located at Via Cappuccini 6, Milan.
