Jones Day represented ARA Asset Management Limited, an Asian real estate fund management company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, in connection with the formation of Peninsula Investment Partners, LP, a $325 million fund established to invest in real estate assets throughout Asia.

ARA Asset Management Limited is one of the largest real estate fund managers in Asia and manages a diverse suite of real estate investment trusts and private real estate funds that are invested in the office, retail, logistics/industrial, hospitality, and residential sectors in the Asia Pacific region. As of September, 30 2014, it had over 1,100 professionals in 15 cities managing total assets in excess of approximately US$19.35 billion.
