Jones Day represented Bunge Limited Finance Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bunge Global SA (NYSE: BG), in connection with a public offering of $1.2 billion of Senior Notes, consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.800% Senior Notes due 2033 and $700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.150% Senior Notes due 2036.
