Jones Day advised Patriarch Partners, LLC in connection with its approximately $107.8 million (subject to adjustment) acquisition of the assets of Hussey Copper, Ltd., a global leader in copper bus bar and other copper product manufacturing. Patriarch was the successful bidder at a bankruptcy court-approved auction of the assets.
