Client(s) Stone & Webster, Inc.

Jones Day represented Stone & Webster, Inc., a company within The Shaw Group, Inc., as an engineering contractor in connection with unpaid fees and expenses from an owner of rights to use an existing gasifier to produce pipeline quality synthetic natural gas. We filed a mechanics' lien against the owner of the existing gasifier.
