Jones Day represented Goldman Sachs International, as mezzanine arranger, of mezzanine credit facilities provided to Blackstone in connection with its acquisition of Sponda Oyj, a publicly-listed Finnish real estate company with an enterprise value of €3.9 billion. The financing included senior loan facilities arranged by Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada, and Citibank.
