Jones Day advised subsidiary Helios Sostenible in the sale of 100% of the shares of Roble Sostenible, a Spanish SPV engaged in the development of a 4-hour BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) standalone installation in Almería, Spain, together with its transmission lines, substations and rest of its evacuation infrastructure, to Grenergy Renovables, a Spanish renewable energy investor.
