Jones Day provided legal advice to CaixaBank, S.A. and Aruba Bank, N.V. in connection with the amendment of a long-term financing facility to increase the loan granted in favor of Three Rivers Real Estate N.V., for the purpose of financing the construction and development of the Secrets Baby Beach Aruba, a luxury adults-only, all-inclusive resort located on Baby Beach in southeastern Aruba.
