Jones Day advised a France-based manufacturer of inspection devices for the automotive industry in a litigation against the insolvency administrator of a former supply partner that has filed for bankruptcy. The administrator had sold documents incorporating important intellectual property and know-how to a competitor of the client. The litigation centered on obtaining accelerated relief for the client.
