Jones Day advised Luke Wiseman and Jim Tucker of Interpath Advisory in their capacity as joint administrators of Waldorf Production Ltd ("WPL") and Waldorf Energy Partners Ltd ("WEPL") in connection with one of the most complex and high-profile restructurings in the European restructuring market, involving the sale of substantially all of the subsidiaries of WPL and WEPL to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harbour Energy PLC. The transaction was implemented by way of contested restructuring plans under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006, sanctioned in both England and Scotland, and the subsequent completion of the sale of shares and purchase agreement. Jones Day continues to advise the joint administrators in connection with their investigations of pre-administration transactions.
