Jones Day advised a syndicate of 47 financial institutions, led by ING Bank N.V. as documentation agent, arranger, and facility agent, in connection with a new $790 million sustainability linked revolving credit facility provided to Louis Dreyfus Company Suisse S.A., a leading merchant and processor of agricultural goods, making up about 10% of the world's agricultural product trade flows. Jones Day has acted on their European syndicated bank financings on an annual basis since 2019.
