EQT acquires 477-unit residential estate on southern edge of Berlin

Jones Day advised entities managed by EQT Fund Management on their entry into a joint venture with Pictet Alternative Advisors to acquire a residential estate comprising 17 buildings totaling approximately 34,000 sqm, including 477 residential units, 6 commercial units and 520 parking spaces in Mahlow, on the southern edge of Berlin, Germany. EQT were appointed asset manager and continues to pursue further investment opportunities in the German living sector as part of their living strategy.
