Napster Acquires Touchcast

Jones Day advised Napster Corporation (formerly Infinite Reality, Inc.) in its acquisition of Touchcast, Inc. for $500 million pursuant to a stock-for-stock merger and certain cash payments, subject to customary adjustments.

Napster Corporation is a Boca Raton, Florida-based software and services company creating immersive digital experiences. Infinite Reality acquired the Napster brand in March 2025 and recently rebranded using the Napster name.
