Redbrick Investment Group sets-up real estate securitization for acquisition of residential property in Milan

Client(s) Redbrick Investment Group

Jones Day advised Redbrick Investment Group, an independent company active in real estate investments in Italy, in partnership with an international alternative investment fund, in connection with the set-up of a real estate securitization under Article 7.2 of Law 130/99 for the acquisition of a property primarily for residential use in Milan. The investment was structured through a securitization vehicle in which Redbrick Advisors S.r.l. acted as asset manager and Zenith Global as master servicer. The vehicle was financed by Banco BPM, with Banca Akros as arranger.
