Jones Day represented Ecolab Inc. in connection with its underwritten public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 0.900% Notes due 2023, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.650% Notes due 2027, $650 million aggregate principal amount of 2.125% Notes due 2032, and $850 million aggregate principal amount of 2.700% Notes due 2051.
